Nice work, really like the boxes too... which no doubt leads to people looking at them on display thinking, oh look that guy cheated by using a model, LOL - gotta love those people.

Last Car of the Season (2016-17)

Might see this around again in the near future... It's the Canuck Truck. Make completely from paint, glue and the contents of the stock kit. When it's finished life as a Kub Kar (Pinewood Derby Car), it's designed to hold business cards. http://i1272.photobucket.com/albums/y390/R_Turnbull/CanuckTruc...

Re: Minor Consent Waivers at your Workshops

I live in Ontario, North of the Border... It's the same here knotthead, you can't waive liabilities, I don't even bother having them sign anything. Better to import some extra volunteers and spend the money on better safety equipment and tools that are less likely to harm someone. I use the round to...

1969 Dodge SuperBee

At it again this year, going to the races in a few hours... seems I had a roof for this a few days ago, not sure where it got to... I think someone was playing with it. Anyway a CD case makes a quick convertible out of it when you don't have time to start again. LOL http://i1272.photobucket.com/albu...

Re: Equipment Checklist

To add to the money idea which I agree with and have also been using for years... to hold in the money I use modeling clay, drop a stack of coins in the hole and plug it up with clay... the clay makes fine tuning the weight as easy as scraping off some clay with your finger or if you're really out i...

Re: After PWD cars comes...

I had a 77 Vette, it was always good fun in the snow... after we upped the pony power it would do a lot of that on the pavement too... eventually it did blow a tire, roll over and play dead... if someone tells you that you can't roll a Corvette, they lie! :wall:

Re: Handling your PWD addiction.

My wife and I have a great marriage and today is our 8 year anniversary. Yet you're here, making all these post... does she think you are ordering her a present on-line? Maybe doing some on-line banking, transferring some money around so you can take her some place nice? I know, tell her you think ...
