Are 2009 wheel bores on an angle

Are 2009 wheel bores on an angle

Speedster and Vk, I don't know how the BSA wheels are mold injected for sure. How ever check out Max V's news letter On the making of his Max V wheels. May 5th 2017 news letter! There is some good info along with photos to check out. And it's probably close to how the BSA wheels are mold injected as...

Building a car using science Workshop

I know what your saying Speedster! Even with a pre cut kit if the physics are not there the car will not preform at its best. Same holds true for the block kits! So thanks for what you do in workshops teaching physics. From the sound of things on the snow outlook.. Your talking about! Might need to ...

Building a car using science Workshop

Keep your chin up Speedster! And if you get that 14" of snow better brake out the snowmobile for the drive! If the child likes the looks of a precut car ! And can draw it out on the block then cut it out to look like it was a precut out car design in the workshop things would change. Sent from my iP...

Re: Toledo Walleye Pinewood Derby

Speedster, Just a suggestion for a good and fun time! If you can get them to remove all the print about one specific kit type. Wait i'm the only person that did not see that in there rule set! Have you ever seen a pinewood derby that was open to all the pinewood derby kit types and clubs.( Instead o...

Re: 2017 car 1974 AMC Javelin

As I remember the setup for holding the car, while chiseling, was an idea I stole from Whoda. What.. now way Andy! However if i had to carve out 3 cars using a chisel and an Xacto knife.. my free hand used to hold the work piece would be very tired by now! (plus put at risk of a slip cut or gash fr...

Very nice job's on the cars Andy!
Like the holding board tool you made to help hold the car while pushing the chisel. Looks handy!

Re: cab-over semi

devet, I do like the looks of your fuel tanks dents wrinkles and all on your cab over race rig! However If your still looking to do something different to cover them up maybe you could change up the looks to like what is seen in this link. https://misracing.com/site-assets/2017/07/Anderson-Motor-Spe...

Re: cab-over semi

Where is Andy & Noah when you need them! Those two guys were the best I have ever seen with chrome tape. And making it look good and smooth! I'm with you it is very tuff to do over a rounded ends. Your idea of square end fuel tanks With the tape is the way to go I'd say as well. But then again have ...

moral/ethics dilemma

Take your self out of the running and run it just for fun and the sake of the work you put into it to see what it will do!
Trust me when I say it might surprise you and a lot of others as well.

Re: newbie on site, avid collector looking for answers and buy/sell/trade

Here is a little more info on this wheel style and the mold numbers .. after running across three more vintage derby cars using this wheel type. The mold numbers iv seen for the wheels run 1- 24 ( 24) being the highest mold number so far for this wheel style with the hub. http://i68.tinypic.com/2nb5...
