2017 car 1974 AMC Javelin

Very nice job's on the cars Andy!
Like the holding board tool you made to help hold the car while pushing the chisel. Looks handy!

Re: cab-over semi

Where is Andy & Noah when you need them! Those two guys were the best I have ever seen with chrome tape. And making it look good and smooth! I'm with you it is very tuff to do over a rounded ends. Your idea of square end fuel tanks With the tape is the way to go I'd say as well. But then again have ...

Take your self out of the running and run it just for fun and the sake of the work you put into it to see what it will do!
Trust me when I say it might surprise you and a lot of others as well.

Re: newbie on site, avid collector looking for answers and buy/sell/trade

Here is a little more info on this wheel style and the mold numbers .. after running across three more vintage derby cars using this wheel type. The mold numbers iv seen for the wheels run 1- 24 ( 24) being the highest mold number so far for this wheel style with the hub. http://i68.tinypic.com/2nb5...

For going cheep for a bore prep with a graphite lube! Polish the bores with Crest or Colgate whiting tooth paste. The kids will have fun with this one. For oil lubes try out the black fire polishes Wet diamond at Walmart or Autogeek on the web. Good luck with your work shop davet! Sent from my iPhon...

Last Car of the Season (2016-17)

Looking good Rod!
Love how it looks with the white walls
and red spoke rims (Old School Hot Rod!)

Like that it's to serve as a card holder as well !
