how to use my video camera that i use for race replay to capture photo for registration?

in using GPRM for our District Race i would like to enter pack number in its own collum no i use car name

i have also noticed that curent new wheels for sale are of poorer quality then the ones i have bought in the past year. i think the mold has seen better days.
