I hope you consider racing it at http://www.TheWestCoastGrandPrix.com If you coat the outside with thin CA glue, block sand,repeat as needed to get surface you want you would be able to cut more out of the interior if you want a faster rig. On the rear fenders you could thin CA the inner wheel...

Something is better than nothing.
If you are wanting accuracy and ability to drill lots of cars for years to come you need a jig with drill bushings.

I recommend the clear jig the Micro makes.
You can purchase it on eBay.

Probably the most difficult part is the difference in materials and the overhangs. Even after we tested our designs we had issues with printing. Everything affects the process including temperature.
