Would anyone care to explain how to make a stock BSA wheel into a razor wheel? BSA lettering must show.
I would like to do this for our outlaw race. We can only modify the parts that come in the "kit".
Thanks!

Re: So, what does your username mean?
When I was in high school I worked at Hardee's (@ 23 years ago ). One of the assistant managers always called me Ranman. So, it sort of stuck. Just added the numbers for no particular reason.

Outlaw Round Robin Race
Ok fellow PWD addicts, I need your assistance. Our Pack is planning on adding an Outlaw race for Scouts, parents, and siblings this year. We will run this race the night before the Official PWD race. We are considering a Round Robin format. Maybe 15-20 cars. My problem is I have never ran a Round Ro...

Re: Graphite Pads - Pass it or Reject it?
So, what about using glue with embeded graphite to reduce friction at those contact points? Would you also consider that to be a bushing and reject it? It is added (not really a part) but becomes integral to the body when it is dried. Homemade bushing. :? I have no problem with rubbing the axle slo...

I agree - bushing. I'd like to hear more thoughts on this as well. It's about time to refreshen the rules and this may need to be addressed.

Re: Proposed District Rules - 2 Divisions
Concerning the wheels, we tried to limit the "new year design" to mean the current wheel style only to find out that the District allows the older style wheels since they are also "Official BSA".

Re: District Derby - Schedule
Randy U., With reference to violating fire code, The answer is YES!. You do violate the fire code and building code with holding the event at the local Auto dealership. Let me explain it this way, The Auto dealership has a B use group for Business and any meeting or gathering of people would have a...

Re: Bounty Car Race
That's an interesting idea. We were looking at doing an "Outlaw" race next season but this may be something our Pack should look at as well. Thanks for the post.

Re: Have I been copied (on eBay no less)????
Reproduction of your idea is a great form of flattery. :D Just to let you know though, Craig Fraser, a renoun custom car painter/airbrusher, just can out with an online how-to on how to do real flames, which is what DerbyMaster was trying to do with the car listed. Jim I'm glad someone else liked i...

Ya know, it is funny he has not been to single Scout function since... I wonder if he embarassed himself...-Terry Doubtful.
