You can take a pipe cleaner- cut it short if necessary or buy small ones or very small q tip. With the pipe cleaners if you cut them down make sure the wire on the end of it that your feeding threw the bore is not bent in any way. Take a look at *5 J's* league car that is useing the teflon bushing on the dfw. Sure it is not legal.. for BSA events. But the bushing is smoother then wood.
