In scale it's 1:24th, The WD-40 can makes it look small in the photos though.

I have heard of people useing nail polish in the area your talking about. To make a hard or smooth/slick surface for the hub contact areas. As for the rear wheel marks your seeing. Something tells me at some point in the race thay will rub the sides of the car body. Mostly when the weight is lifted ...
