Cheap polishing supplies...

Post by race#67 »

I recently picked up these items from Banggood. Shipping is free but takes a few weeks. I have not used the items yet, but they appear to be really nice. Curious if anyone else has tried them. At any rate these would really be the ticket for doing a workshop for a pack on a budget...

Polish set of 5 gram dispensers that go from 10 micron down to .5 micron in 5 gram tubes. Set of 8 sells for less than 6 bucks shipped:

Waterproof 9" x 11" sanding paper in grits from 1000 to 7000 for between 1 dollar and 2 dollars a sheet shipped:

And a handy micron to grit cross refernece that I printed and put in the drawer with my supplies.

Nice find! I've never used any polishing compound other than good ol' Novus 2, but that's a great price on the sanding paper.
