2011 Awana GP cars

pic of my two boys cars for this year. They did the design drilling and painting. Apparently cars (and tanks)need drivers...
although I haven't figured out why the tank commander appears to be a civilian...
BTW only three wheels touch on each and the red car has about a 13/16 com.

cool. Is the tank covered with muffler tape? Neat idea.

it's aluminum tape of some sort..I saw it at the hardware store and thought it might be handy for something. I don't know what it was intended for. Of course now he's saying he wants it to be camoflage... so I guess we are going to paint over it.

Nice. Is that 1/2 of a plastic easter egg on the red car?
