What do you guys think? thoughts on the yellow? That was the closest shade I could find.

Nice work so far! Try some clear coat spray paint to give it some more 'shine'.
My wife started a new support group... Widows of the Pinewood Derby.

Great looking start. That's going to be a really cool car. I built a yellow car once. It took about 10 coats of paint to cover the sanded spots in the primer. Every new car is a learning experience.
