Post by Coffin Nail Racing »

Here's a photo my first car "Coffin Nail" (BASX Class) after it was revamped after it's disgraced at the Hell's Belles Car Club Derby Race 2013? , ready for the 2016 Mid America Championships ...
and my second car for 2016 "Invader" (Eliminator Class).

I'll post my 2018 car's soon as I can.

Here's the Coffin Nail Racing car's for 2018.
Most likely all Eliminator Class unless "Snake Bite" manages to not break any rules for BASX.

Thanks Speedster.

Due to low funds and a few other things, I won't be racing soon ... eventually though.

Very nice looking car's by the way.. and no funds needed to race your pic's here!

If your using and air brush to paint your cars.. I sure could use a few pointers on how your doing your killer paint jobs.
What type of automobile can be spelled the same forwards & backwards?

You might find it hard to believe, but these were all painted with spray cans.
Haven't had time to setup and use my airbrush

Wow!! Rattle can paint jobs.
Sure had me fooled with the airbrush though!

Like you I have an air brush set up but haven’t had the time set it up as well.
Maybe this winter I’ll have more shop time to do so.

I'm hoping to do a video on my Rattle Can process as people keep asking how I gut these results.

Hi George,
First, let me say, You are a Fantastic Artist. I also watched your video on Molotow Masking Pen Demo. That was very interesting.

Would you tell us how you painted "Green Mamba"? I can't quite figure that one out. Thank you.

Green Mamba is actually a fairly simple paint job, the taping is the hardest part.
Car was painted white, taped, then sprayed green in front fading off the tail.
Tape was removed, light sanding, then the tail of the car got shot with white again.
Lettering and other details are hand painted, then car is clear coated.

Eventually I'll do demos of these tricks.
