Wheels with white numbers on inside

Ok, we saw a set of wheels that had white numbers on the inside. When I saw them they were China made BSA wheels, I thought they were the new Revel ones, but later saw some of them that did not have these numbers. My guess we allowed some illegal wheels in. Anyone seen these.

Revell's most recent Chinese-made black wheels have added a small date code with white lettering. (The colored wheels have black lettering instead of white.)

Whether they are "illegal" would depend on your rules allowing Revell wheels?
