weights in the wheels!

Post by cohiba54 »

I know, I know thats not allowed!

But my comment deals more with the energy created by the weighted wheels as the car runs down the sloped part of the track and then travels along the flat portion. Wouldn't the weighted wheel car run faster in the flats than the same very same car with the weights in the body of the car?

The thought is that the normally weighted car slows more or faster in the flats than the car with the weighted wheels because the weighted wheels are now spinning from the energy that was built up while coming down the slope or the track.

Someone has had to have played with this in the past.

Thanks,
Rene
