Now I know why I don't watch South Park. I could only stomach about 10 minutes of it.

Call me sick but I snuck it past the wifey and had fun watching it
I just tune out the rough edges...
not one for the younger kiddies though, not even with a finger on the "fast forward" button.
(or older kiddies for that matter)
Think the rating is MA (Mature Adult)?
That should be the caution given for anyone else who dares partake of the not quite family friendly show...
(I haven't tried to watch one of these in 10 years, I remember why now)

It tried, but it did not quite achieve the status of "A Morality Play for the 21st Century." I won't go into the questionable language and violence.

The beginning was funny, the Princess Lea part was hilarious. It was somewhat entertaining at the Pinewood Derby, and then it went completely downhill from there. It is Southpark, and that is all that it is.
Not for the kids!

The enginerd in me had at least 2 technical complaints:
1) why'd they bother with stating the car weighed in at 15oz when anyone who has ever built from a kit w/out weights knows you are much less than 5oz... and besides, perhaps the 1 rule that everyone seems to enforce well is the weight limit... and later the car was shown to have belly mounted screwed on weights... which are not included in the "official kit"... which is ALL they were allowed to use...
2) they were in a "State Championship" race but the trophy said Pack
3) everyone knows when the car jumped to warp it would have phased right through the wall without causing damage (and further, would a phasing car trip an optical timer?)
(oh, sorry, that is 3 things!)

I think the Teeeman review was funnier than the show.

Yes, I too was quite confused about the use of a tape measure and odd weight ruling. Also, did they even mention the time recorded? and why no riser kit on the track.. huh? kids cant get a good view even on a TV show?... whad'up with that?.
I did notice that only one of the space police had two mouths, and I als wondered if there is a real pack 12 in colorado that might sue for infringing?
and when was the last time you saw a pwd kit using a baggie?
=)

I'm guessing that the ONLY reason the "ambassador" didn't have pointy ears was also for fear of a Trek-infringement lawsuit.
Or were they pointy?

All I know is had they let us Canadian's race as well Terrance and Phillip would have made a fart powered rocket race that would have blowen away Stan's car before it even kicked into warp speed. So NA!
