You know you're a pine head when....

Post by tgrimstead »

You know you're a pine head when.... After breaking both heels from falling off my roof :pullhair: I sat in front of my band saw and drill press, cut out 14 cars over the weeks, went to the pack meeting, set them on the table and said free to good home! (Needless to say some Moms were very happy to take one.)

Last year was my sons last derby. I wanted every child in the pack to do well and have fun. I sat down and groove over 200 axles on my lathe and gave them out at the pack workshop. The racing was the best it had been in years and not a single car failed to finish.

You might contact Pinewood Daddy. He is willing to sell his copy ~1/2 price.

Sometimes it's a little extra weight, lube or a spare wheel or the guleing
of a broken axel.
But it's in the putting a smile on a childs face knowing:
Somehow you've helped get hem or her back in the race...

And it's in the logging on to DerbyTalk:
To Discover that there are many just like you
That you know when you're a pine head.

Whodathunkit.
What type of automobile can be spelled the same forwards & backwards?
