If you want to know the maximum velocity you should check first the diameter and weight of the wheels

MatthewCox, I think there might be some confusion here and it's probably my fault.
The vendor known as "Maximum Velocity" (Randy Davis) makes a derby wheel of his own design and he shows how it is made. How a wheel is made is what I thought the folks would enjoy seeing. If I have confused anyone in thinking I meant anything other then to see how a wheel is made, I apologize.
