HELLO ........ While we were having a race last week the K3 micro wizard timer displayed 2 ties in the well over 100 heat race..........During the first tie the micro wizard displayed 3.033 and displayed both lanes as 1st place, but when the time was sent to the computer it transmitted as 3.033 and 3.034............ during the other tie it again showed both were 1st place at a time of 3.047 and transmitted the times to the computer as 3.047 and 3.048............
We were using GPRM software ..........
Is this a usual thing and is somehow measuring by ten-thousands even thou the timer displays up to thousands??

Re: SHOWING A TIE ON MICRO WIZARD K3 TIMER
Micro Wizard timers have a secondary timer, with a resolution of 0.0002 seconds, that will be used to break a 1st place tie. The timer will tell the computer which car was first and which was second, unless the time difference is less than 0.0002 seconds (then it will show a 1st place tie). This secondary timer only affects a 1st place tie, not a tie for any other place.TAL wrote:HELLO ........
