Hi All.. Merry Christmas once more hope it was good to you all !

Here is as small bow sander idea..
Using a 1/2 x 3 pinewood scrap , a wood screw, and 1/2 wide emery cloth.
My hand drawn pattern.

Drawn out on the wood to cut out on the scroll saw.. i had to fancy this one up a bit with some cut outs.

drill the holes.

Off to the scroll saw to cut out the openings and shape.. I'll cut the sand paper holder last:

Before cutting the holder out i need to drill a hole for the mounting screw:

Here it is all cut out and ready to install the sanding cloth:

installing the sanding cloth you'll want to keep it on a flat surface and rap it a round holding it tight something like this image:

slide the holder mount up and tighten down the screw.

Well there you have it.. a mini hand held bow sander:

Plus you can use the outer flat sides to sand with as well.
What type of automobile can be spelled the same forwards & backwards?
